This year save on the tree and splurge on the gifts! Or at least that’s the philosophy at Scott+Cooner in the Dallas Decorative Center. The modern mavens of the Design District has decked their halls like no one else, showcasing a gauze-wrapped, dead Christmas tree. That’s right, a dead tree. Charlie Brown, eat your heart out!

This stunning display has actually slowed traffic on Hi Line Drive as drivers slow to a crawl and gawk at the un-traditional holiday display!

The tree is adorned with garland and twinkle lights, but the best part of the tree is the two, Swarovski crystal “Ice Branch” chandeliers which form the star-like tree topper. Are those fabulous or what?!

“Under” the tree is what S+C employee, Rebecca O’Dell dubbs “the perfect Christmas gift” — a Cappellini, Rive Droite chair, covered in Emilio Pucci fabric.

See the Scott + Cooner window display for yourself on the corner of Hi Line Drive and Slocum Street in the Design District.
