Dallas Design District - Evening of Art - November 20, 2010

Put art on your agenda this weekend. Explore the galleries of the Dallas Design District as they open their doors, once again, for an evening of of art!

Highlights of this month’s exhibit openings: (1) Jerome Deppe’s Showtunes for the Damned exhibit will transform the Cohn Drennan Contemporary from a gallery into an over-sized graphic novel. The thirteen “stories” portrayed are accompanied by a thirteen song soundtrack, so stop by for a rockin’ good time! (2) The Cameron Gallery’s namesake artist Carrie Cameron is back from Mexico, and showing off an abundance of new works inspired by Spanish architecture and florals (3) Marty Walker’s multi-artist exhibit, Small Works, proves bigger isn’t always better (4) And finally, due to popular demand, Samuel Lynne is extending J.D. Miller’s California Dreamin’ show.

Check out a complete roster of Saturday evening’s exhibit openings after the jump…
