It’s tough for this blogger to keep her mouth shut. It’s true, I’ve usually got the scoop on what’s up and coming in LOL, but I’m not always allowed to share. With gossip swirling about a new LOL eatery, I’ve barely been able to keep this secret!

A new restaurant is coming soon to the Dallas Design District! Construction has started on Oak, a new concept by Candleroom owner Tommy DeAlano and his partners Richard & Tiffanee Ellman. According to D Magazine, “the 80-ish seat restaurant with two outdoor patios and the opening is scheduled for ‘fall.’”

Tommy confirmed in the comments on SideDish that the restaurant will be located on Oak Lawn Ave, next to BoConcept.
