Designer Showhouse Sale

Pop go the pop-up shops—they’re quite literally popping up overnight all over Dallas. Be it art, fashion or food, these here today, gone tomorrow retailers are offering not only a unique customer experience, but also what are often incredible deals.

The home furnishings scene is just the latest of industries to catch the pop-up shop bug, and our very own Design District will play host to the city’s first temporary interior design post.

Diana Vincent, of High Camp Home in Lake Tahoe, will host Dallas’ first home décor pop-up shop with her “Designer Showhouse Sale.” Opening July 16, her momentary abode is sure to be must-visit while it graces our streets for its two week stay, and when better to visit than during a sale?

Vincent has flocked show houses across the country, and her Dallas sale promises to showcase a prime selection of high-end, luxury furnishings she has amassed over the years in her design ventures.

Even if you’re just there to browse, the kickoff event will feature sumptuous fare by Parigi and music by Jose G. And the cherry on top: 20 percent of proceeds from the sale will benefit the good work of DIFFA Dallas, which offers AIDS/HIV funding, awareness, services and education to the North Texas Region.

RSVP for their PEEK preview party on June 16 from 7 to 10 pm by June 12 by emailing Peek@designershowhousesale.com. For more information, call 866.790.6501 or visit http://designershowhousesale.com/evite.
