If you’ve been to Lower Oak Lawn lately, you have probably noticed the changes taking place at the corner of Hi Line Drive and the Stemmons frontage road. (I have gotten several emails from readers asking what the heck is going on!) In the past two weeks, three buildings have been torn down, making way for PM Realty Group’s new 314-unit high-rise residential project, 1400 Hi Line.
Set to open in mid-to-late 2012, 1400 Hi Line will feature 314 residential units, 27,000 square feet of retail space and a pretty jazzy rooftop garden and pool (pictured bel0w). It will also boast some of the best views of downtown Dallas in the city!
According to the developer, the new building will be very similar in quality to the Heights at Park Lane.
To learn more about this project, read this morning’s article from the Dallas Morning News: Apartment tower is going up in Dallas Design District. Or scroll through the renderings below to see what the latest addition to Lower Oak Lawn will look like!
Everyone around here is super excited about this new project and the additional life and vibrancy it will bring to the District. As for me? I can’t wait to check out that rooftop pool!

Come back soon. LowerOakLawn.com will always have the latest news and details on this project!
