If I had a nickel for every time in the past year someone has asked me “What’s being built at the corner of Hi Line and Stemmons,” I could probably afford to buy the place! For those of you still wondering, the answer is 1400 Hi Line, a new multifamily high rise being developed in the Dallas Design District by PM Realty Group.
