Spring is in the air and with it the buzz of new beginnings! Stark Home is ushering in the new season with several exciting changes. First, and most notably, Stark is celebrating the grand re-opening of their showroom in its new Slocum Street location. Expanded and upgraded, their new, bigger space allows for almost three times the number of rugs as their old showroom.

In addition to a new address, Stark has also added a consumer-friendly space. The new showroom is split into two sides – one open to the public and one reserved for members of the trade.

Stark’s new retail space is impressive and expansive, offering an exciting selection of new rugs and carpets. The expansion has also allowed them to offer carpet “remnants,” available in a number of patterns, colors and sizes, that can be used for projects with immediate carpeting needs. The retail store will offer expanded hours, staying open to the public on Saturdays.

Designers who are already avid Stark addicts will be glad to know that they are keeping their trade business largely untouched. Designer discount pricing will be protected as well as access to custom carpets. Stark’s beautiful collection of antique rugs will also remain trade-only. The trade-only section of the showroom is newly updated and organized.

Stark’s new showroom will open to the public on Thursday, March 1, 2012. The grand opening will also kick off their warehouse sale which will offer great discounts and last until March 11,2012.
