What is LOL?

Lower Oak Lawn is a neighborhood 50 years in the making – pairing rich history with an eclectic new vibe. LOL is where converted warehouses and newly constructed apartments merge to create a vivacious new neighborhood with a decidedly established feel.

LOL is a magnet for art galleries, decorator showrooms and upscale urban living. Two new apartment communities have recently opened and are filling up quick, giving the community a new dimension and vibrancy. Lower Oak Lawn will continue to evolve as one of the most interesting and eclectic communities in Dallas.

Where is LOL?

Lower Oak Lawn is at the doorstep of the Design District. A stone’s throw from downtown and verging on Victory Park, Lower Oak Lawn is positioned at the crossroads of the city’s most thriving urban neighborhoods. The Dallas North Tollway’s new Oak Lawn exit provides easy access to Lower Oak Lawn, which is situated just west of I-35.

Who is developing Lower Oak Lawn?

PegasusAblon is a commercial real estate development and acquisition company with a unique perspective on urban renewal. The company specializes in identifying and bringing value to real estate opportunities that are undervalued or overlooked by the mainstream market.

Due to the insight, vision and expertise of the PegasusAblon team, Lower Oak Lawn is amid a metamorphosis. Over the next couple of years the community will feature 1,000-plus multifamily residences and a dozen or more new restaurants and retail establishments. Sites are also planned for a boutique hotel and office development. New developments in Lower Oak Lawn are carefully planned to coexist and enhance the established neighborhood and tenancy rather than replace them.
