Francois Chandou opened La Cave as a wine shop, wine bar & bistro in 1977 and was the man behind the wine-by-the-glass concept in the Southwest. If that is not enough reason to love him, then there are lots more at La Cave Warehouse.

La Cave’s selection ranges from every day great values to collectibles, matured vintages, and grand formats (those big bottles you see in the directory photo). If you collection is simply too large to keep at home, La Cave leases temperature controlled wine storage lockers.
