Gotta love the history behind some of these showrooms! Pindler & Pindler is no exception. Matthew Pindler started selling fabric out of his garage during World War II. Today the company is run by Matthew’s grandson and has showrooms across the country.

Pindler & Pindler’s collections of fabric and trims now include three licensed collections: Newport Mansions Doris Duke Collection, Newport Mansions Collection and the Hearst Castle Collection; as well as Pindler Green, an eco-friendly fabric collection made with organic cotton. That is a long, long way from fabrics sold out of a garage.
